Sherrard Development Ltd was established in 1997 and is a specialised investment and development company. It has offices in London and Florence, and associated offices in Rome and Lisbon. The main focus is on the luxury hotel sector and student accommodation. It is now also active in the senior housing sector.

It offers a full range of real estate services including the selection of hotel, resort, and student housing development opportunities, assistance with the  purchase of properties, arranging the necessary financing for real estate transactions, and general project coordination.

Sherrard Development Ltd has successfully concluded over 20 hotel and resort acquisitions and developments in Italy, Portugal, and the Netherlands. Most transactions were concluded with leading international hotel chains.
